When the purpose of the Process analysis is not linked to compliance, most of the time the goal is to improve the Process itself. So, based on the findings of the – previous -process analysis, improvements can be made to the business processes to make them more efficient and effective. This may involve redesigning the processes, implementing new technologies (like RPA/Automatization), or changing the way work is organized (training, re-organizations, etc.)
In fact, Process mining can be used to improve a wide range of business processes, including supply chain management, customer service, and HR processes. It is often used in conjunction with other tools and techniques, such as Six Sigma and Lean, to help organizations optimize their operations and achieve their goals.
